Rankelio Grove provides online courses, digital growth tools, and community resources focused on sustainable digital marketing and content mastery. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User accounts and responsibilities
You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, documents, and branding are the exclusive property of Rankelio Grove. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.
5. Acceptable use policy
Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content. Harassment, spam, or illegal conduct will result in immediate suspension.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Refunds are granted only within 14 days of the first purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
Rankelio Grove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, access to all course materials will cease immediately.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County.
